Earlier this week, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 was approved by the FCC official in the US. Now, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 has received certification from the same regulatory body. Now that both devices have received FCC certification, we can say that the next Z series phones will indeed launch in August.
The Z Flip 4’s FCC documents mention two model numbers, SM-F721U and SM-F721U1 . While the first is a carrier model, the second will go on sale for the US. There is no information about the main features of the Z Flip 4 in the FCC documents.
Galaxy Z Flip 4 will come with a 6.7-inch AMOLED folding screen with a hole design. It will promise Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It will carry Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor support.
The Z Flip 4 will come with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage . It will carry One UI and Android 12 operating system support. It will promise a 3,700mAh battery with 25W fast charging . It will have a 10 megapixel camera for taking selfies . On the back of the device, there will be a 12-megapixel main camera with OIS support and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera.
