AMD has announced the Ryzen 7000 Series Desktop Processors powered by the “Zen 4” architecture to provide breathtaking performance for gamers, tech enthusiasts and content creators. The processors will be available from September 27.

With 16 cores and 32 threads, the Ryzen 7000 Series desktop processors provide a double-digit IPC increase over “Zen 3” and are the first high-performance x86 5nm CPU. It delivers gaming performance up to 15 percent faster than other processors, while doing so with unmatched efficiency. The high-end Ryzen 9 7950X is up to 47 percent more efficient than its competitors under heavy load.
