Internet No Longer Required for Access to e-Government

The e-Government service, which enables citizens to access many services with one click , is now free with the new decision. In line with the agreement made with the three most used operators of our country, access to e-Government will be made possible without requiring any internet service.

With the statement made by the Presidency’s Digital Transformation Office, it is now possible to access e-Government without quota and free of charge , following the agreement with Türk Telekom, Turkcell and Vodafone .

Efforts have been completed to ensure that the use of the e-Government Gateway is not spent from the internet quota of mobile subscribers and it has been made available to our citizens. The internet used at the e-Government Gateway will no longer be deducted from the usage quota of mobile subscribers.”
